First Session is a personal meet and greet with Steve to review your goals and expectations and explain program.
First Workout will be your Baseline FTP Test. This will be used in the workouts to help calculate the work load that you will do during the workouts.
The next 3 weeks we are building your FTP by doing 3 workouts per week that are targeted toward FTP increase.
Next there will be a half way point FTP analysis to monitor the progress of the athlete. If athlete has shown improvement then adjustments to the current FTP may be made.
Week 4-6 are more advanced workouts to increase FTP with the goal of a 5 % increase after the 12 sessions.
Final FTP analysis will take place for results. If athlete does not achieve a Minimum increase of 5% on their FTP then they receive their money back. If they would like to continue the program they may do so.
Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is hard. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
